BIOGRAPHY

Aleksandar Komanov is known for his amazing victories on the tatami. He is a champion in kyokushinkai karate in Japan and worldwide, who was able to earn the crowd's applause after defeating one of president Putin's private bodyguards during the World championship in Japan.

For 16 years, Aleksandar has trained and competed tirelessly. He has 103 official wins in kyokushin and he is two-times World champion, two-times Vice-world champion, three-times Champion of Japan, seven-times European champion, two-times Vice-european champion, took the 3rd place in two European championships, Vice-champion of Asia, Champion of Austria, Champion of Spain, Champion of the Balkanies, ten-time Republican champion, five-time Winner of the prize for the “Best technique”, two-time Winner of the prize “Best tameshiwari”, two-time Winner of the prize “Highest battle spirit”. Komanov has competed in professional MMA fights, where his rating is 3-0 (wins-losses). All wins were KOs. Aleksandar Komanov was awarded with the prize "Number one athlete in Plovdiv" for 2014 and has the highest master-class award in sport: "Earned-Master of the Sport".
